Real reviews from real patients
“I first visited Dr Isabelle in April due to shoulder pain, as I was experiencing discomfort during overhead shoulder workouts. She was very attentive and patient, and was able to accurately identify the issue and treat it effectively. She also recommended helpful stretches to improve my mobility. I returned for a second session and noticed a clear improvement in my condition. I later went back again for ankle discomfort, and Isabelle was once again able to treat the issue successfully. I’m really glad to have met Dr Isabelle. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m very pleased with her service and can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Keep up the great work! 👍🏼👍🏼”
“I had a great experience with ActiveX Physio, especially with Helen. She is very detailed and takes the time to properly assess and understand the root cause before providing the appropriate therapy and solutions. Helen is friendly, professional, and patient, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my sessions. After just 2 sessions with her guidance and prescribed exercises, my knee pain improved significantly and is no longer painful. I’m truly grateful and thankful for her help and support throughout my recovery journey. Thank you, Helen and ActiveX Physio!”
“I went to ActiveX for physio to strengthen my ankle after struggling with soreness and difficulty walking. This was my second time with them. A couple of years ago, I saw them for a back issue, and that experience was so positive. This time, my ankle would swell at times and felt weak, to a point I was walking gingerly. It was not caused by any recent injury so I was a bit confused. What I really appreciated was how Isabelle took the time to explain what was causing the issue and walked me through a clear recovery plan. Each week, we worked through targeted stretches and light strength training to rebuild strength and flexibility. She also included sports massage on my ankle, which made a huge difference in loosening it up. After about a month, my ankle felt noticeably stronger and more stable. I was moving with much more confidence and, just as importantly, I walked away knowing how to continue strengthening and caring for it on my own. For context, during recovery I could barely do a sled push. Today, I can sled push 170kg with full confidence. Highly recommend ActiveX and Isabelle if you want structured, thoughtful care by professionals.”
“I had an excellent experience with TJ - just two sessions (including dry needling) my wrist and shoulder pain were largely gone. He also coordinated with my PT to ensure I had the right rehab exercises and even checked in afterwards to monitor my progress. Truly professional, collaborative, and caring service. Highly recommend!”
“TJ is an excellent physio who quickly identified the root causes of my back pain and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He prescribed targeted rehab exercises and was incredibly patient, attentive, and encouraging throughout both sessions. After just two visits, my range of motion has improved tremendously and the extreme pain I was dealing with is essentially gone. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients’ progress and recovery, not just a quick fix. Highly recommend TJ if you’re dealing with pain or mobility issues.”

Most athletes who come to us expect to be told to stop training. We rarely say that. Loading the tissue is how you rebuild the tolerance you need to train again. Progressive rehab gets you back to where you were. Rest alone doesn’t do that job. What you’re seeing here is what rehab looks like at ActiveX. 🫱🏽🫲🏼 If an injury is keeping you from training, book in via link in bio or call +65 8023 3805 💪🏼 #ActivexPhysio #PhysioSingapore #StrengthCulture #PowerliftingSingapore #ExerciseRehab
Your bones, tendons and muscles adapt to load. During perimenopause and menopause, resistance training becomes the primary tool for preserving what hormones (estrogen) used to protect. Estrogen has receptors on your bones, tendons, and ligaments. It directly maintains all three. When it drops during perimenopause and menopause, those tissues lose the hormonal support that kept them strong, stiff, and resilient. 70% of women experience musculoskeletal symptoms during the transition. 🦴 Joint pain 🦴 Tendon problems 🦴 Bone density loss About 40% have completely normal imaging with nothing to explain it. Resistance training with progressive overload is the strongest response the research supports. Swipe through for the tissue-by-tissue breakdown and what to do about it. 🏋🏻♀️ Full guide on our blog. Our physios, Isabelle & Nick spent Sunday morning with the Singapore National Dragon Boat Senior Team running a mobility workshop, and these athletes do not half-pace anything. 🚣♂️ The session got into how mobility connects to power through the stroke, where restrictions tend to build up over a heavy training block, and how to keep moving well through a long season. They came in curious and left with a lot to work with. Solid group. Good laughs. Thank you for having us down! Wishing the team a strong season ahead. 🇸🇬 #ActiveXPhysio #MobilityTraining #DragonBoatSingapore #PhysioSG #Sportsrehab
